Coastal Paintings
Magical light is often momentary.
To quickly capture changing effects of light and weather the moment they occur I carry my paints with me everywhere. These studies are invaluable to me as inspiration for my studio paintings. They are hard to part with, but I like sharing them with you, so sometimes I pull a few out and let them go. Savvy collectors snap them up.
My collectors call them gems and little fellas, I just call them field studies.
